How do I get started with bloem?

Download the bloem app, create your bloemer account, and start adding your items to your personal digital wardrobe. You can then choose which pop-up you’d like to participate in and sign-up by selecting the amount of hangers and the rental duration.

What should I bring to the pop-up market?

Simply bring your clothing! Our app handles everything else. We provide the space, hangers, and digital support to make your selling experience smooth and easy.

How does tracking and managing my sales work?

Use the bloem app to track your sales, monitor your inventory, and receive updates about your items. You can manage everything remotely without needing to be physically present.

Do I need to be at the pop-up market?

No, you don’t need to be there in person. Our app lets you manage your sales and inventory remotely.

How are payouts handled?

Payouts are processed securely through the app. You’ll receive your payout a few days after checking out.

What if my items don’t sell?

You can retrieve unsold items at the end of your rental period or choose to extend your rental period.

How do I prepare my items for the market?

Ensure your items are clean and in good condition. You can add detailed descriptions and photos in the app to attract buyers.

What is the check-in and check-out time?

Check-in is from 10:00-12:00 and check-out anytime until 19:00. The market is open for sale from 12:00 - 19:00. You can bring your clothes after 12:00, but that means you lose out on rental time! :

How much do I earn per item?

We pay out 65% of the revenue.

How do I find and shop at the bloem pop-up market?

Visit our pop-up market location, where you can browse items in person, try them on, and make purchases. The bloem app will also have details about the market.

What are your opening hours?

We are open for sale from 12:00 - 19:00.

What payment methods are accepted at the market?

We accept various payment methods: you can buy your item online with Stripe or Twint, and you are also able to pay on-site using credit/debit cards and even cash.

Can I try on the clothes before buying?

Yes! We have fitting areas where you can try on items to ensure they’re just right for you.

How are the items organized at the market?

Items are categorized for easy browsing. You can find what you're looking for by category, size, or style.

How can I stay updated on upcoming markets and new items?
